Ohio, Michigan flunk college affordability (The Toledo Blade)

Ohio and Michigan were among 43 states receiving a flunking grade on a national report card for affordability in higher education. Both states received "F" grades for not making college affordable for students and families. The report said higher education has become considerably more expensive in Ohio and Michigan since the early 1990s.
